Next project

         I have decided that my next big project is going to be a grey wool coat. Ankle length and possible with a crinoline frame to keep it poofy. I have a flannel in pink and chocolate that I could maybe use for a lining to make it warmer but pink is not really my colour. I am likely going to quilt it and press it for extra softness and warmth. That is a project for a Saturday though.  I plan to get the cutting done before Friday so that I can get some serious sewing done this weekend.  I am in the processes of losing weight so I am going to make it a few sizes smaller. Hopefully it will fit by next winter. It is going to look something like this.
