Day 124 - Pieject continued.... & complete!

        I bought three baskets of peaches at the farmer's market (Parkdale in Ottawa) on Sunday. Tonight I finished making mini pies to freeze. I have 7 mini pies for me!!! I made 5 for Keith, 1 for my boss, two for co-workers and 1 for my mom. 16 in total. Plus a large cobbler.  I am sick of baking now. I am done. At least for a while. I think Pecan pies should be made in the fall. But until then I will be done with baking.

        Here is a picture of a cake I want to try and make, for Keith's birthday probably. We both love penguins so it would be the perfect cake, maybe a little fondant bow.What do you think?
